Victoria E Dyer

Plattsburgh Mrs. Victoria E. Dyer, 87, formerly of Stoney Acres Drive, West Chazy passed away Saturday August 9, 2008 at the Meadowbrook Health Care Facility in Plattsburgh, New York. She was born in Plattsburgh, New York on July 28, 1921 the daughter of Alfred and Ethel (Defayette) LaBounty. She enjoyed traveling, camping and playing bingo. Victoria was predeceased by her parents Alfred and Ethel LaBounty, her first husband, Andrew Loya who was killed in action during WWII and her second husband Francis Dyer in 1979; two brothers; Clayton and Pascal; her sisters; Isabelle, Gladys and Frances and a son-in-law Eugene White. She is survived by her children; Donna Douglas and her husband Pete of Port Douglas, NY; Yvonne White of VA; Andrew "Jack" Loya and his wife Sue of Glens Falls, NY, Stanton Loya and his wife Nancy of Keeseville, Rick Dyer and his wife Barb of Great Falls, MT, Keith Dyer of Malone, NY, Michael Dyer and his wife Rose of Albany, NY, a sister; Joyce Bushey and her husband Alton of Plattsburgh, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive her. At Victoria's request there will be no calling hours. Following cremation, interment will be in the family plot at St. John's Cemetery in Keeseville on Tuesday, August 12, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St., Plattsburgh, New York.
