Wayne A. Smart, 76, of Ticonderoga, passed away Thursday, April 11, 2024 at Elderwood at Ticonderoga. He was born Friday, April 18th, 1947 , the son of Bernard Smart and Laura (Rasco) Smart. Wayne Loved fishing, hunting and spending time at his farm. He is survived by his siblings, Lawrence Smart, Angela "Judy" Taylor, and Pauline Smart; lots of nieces and nephews He is predeceased by his parents; brother, Donald and sisters, Ann and Louise Visitation will take place on Wednesday, April 17 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Brown Funeral Home, Plattsburgh, NY.
