Wayne R Seymour

Wayne R. Seymour, 71, of Plattsburgh, passed away Monday, April 15, 2024 at the Private Residence surrounded by his family, friends and hospice.. He was born Wednesday, May 28th, 1952, the son of Robert J. Seymour and Vivian (Martino) Seymour. He married the love of his life, the former Betty Agnew on May 27, 2023. Wayne loved spending time with his family and friends, country music, racing demolition derby, auto racing, going to the casino, attending yard sales and had a special passion of holding benefits for individuals that were in need. A weekly habit of Wayne was taking his fur baby Daisy to Claire and Carl's to get hotdogs. He is survived by spouse, Betty Seymour; children, Laurie Filion and her companion Paul Bueford Sr., and Vickie Seymour; stepchildren, Michelle Raudenbush, Chrissy Light, Jenny Grube and her husband Dave Grube, Jason Seymour and his companion Nicole, Zachary Seymour and wife Belinda, Samantha Seymour and her companion Michael, Marcie Manor and her companion James Thayer, Christian Latulip and his fur baby, Daisy; brother, Curtis Seymour and his companion, Christine Duprey, sister in law Beverly (Maid) Swaylik and her husband Jay, his friend Rodney (Ronald) Williams; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents; siblings, Gary Seymour, Terry Seymour and Tammy Erkins; his wife, Linda Seymour; and step son-in-law, Dave Raudenbush. Services will be held on Monday, April 22, 2024 at Brown Funeral Home, Plattsburgh, NY from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. A Celebration of Life for Wayne will take place on his birthday, May 28, 2024.
