Westley T. Outen, 35, of Margaret Street, Plattsburgh, NY passed away on Saturday September 12, 2015 at UVHN-CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. He was born in Monroe, NC of October 31, 1979. He is survived by his wife Rebecca Outen of Plattsburgh, his children Lillian and Liam Outen of Plattsburgh. Westley loved his family and his friends. Calling hours will be held on Friday September 18, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A funeral service will follow at 8:00 pm in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel, entombment will be at Whispering Maples Memorial Gardens in Plattsburgh.
