William Francis

William Francis, 77, of Margaret Street, Plattsburgh, NY passed away on Saturday July 21, 2012 at CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. He was born in Plattsburgh on October 22, 1934 the son of George D. and Bernadette (Wilson) Francis, Sr. At William's request their will be no public calling hours. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery in Plattsburgh.
