William O. Graves

William Owen Graves, age 85, of Plattsburgh NY passed away on February 17th 2024 at CVPH. He was born in Springfield MA on February 14, 1939 to the late Clifton M. Graves and Anna McNulty. William was a Navy Veteran, and he graduated from American International College. He retired from the State of New York department of correctional services. He was predeceased by his parents, his sister, Shirley (Graves) Riley and brother, Clifton T. Graves. He is survived by his loving daughter, Melissa Graves; his grandson, Michael Kelly; five great granddaughters of Alabama; A special niece Cindy Galas of Springfield, Ma, nieces and nephews of MA, CT and FL. He was a friend of Bill W. and he leaves many special friends in Plattsburgh. Memorial donations can be made to AA Club 12 of Plattsburgh, NY A celebration of life will be at Club 12 at a later date.
