William E Laundry

William E. “Bill” Laundry, 76, of 21 Shirley Avenue, Plattsburgh, passed away, Sunday, October 3, 2021 at UVM-CVPH Medical Center. He was born in Plattsburgh, on October 27, 1944 the son of Charles and Pearl (Bessette) Laundry.
William Laundry enjoyed spending time with his dog, Chloe, wife, children, grandchildren, friends and family. He also enjoyed fishing, collecting old cars, gambling and other fun activities. Bill was a very outgoing, smart, and a funny man; he could make you laugh at a drop of a dime. Bill will be dearly missed by all of us, but he has left a huge place in our hearts and the people who knew him. We love you and fly high.
He is survived by his wife, Penny, his dog, Chloe Lyn, his children; Kenneth Laundry and companion Tya Lavine, Tamara Burke-Martineau and husband Rickey, Chad Laundry and companion Tammy Hoyle, Kortney Laundry and companion Danny Duprey and Jamie Savage, grandchildren; Ryan Burke, Kyle Burke, Kalen Jacobi-Laundry. He is also survived by his siblings; Bernie and Yalonda Laundry, Fran Laundry and Pauline Obert, mother-in-law; Emma Savage, sister-in-law; Brenda Augustus and husband, Pat, Starr Rabideau and husband Greg, brother-in-law; Dean Savage and wife Terry, several nieces and nephews and special friends; Marta Strack, Penny and Rick VanValkenburg and Sue and Jack Latour Hendrie.
He is predeceased by his brothers; Larry and Kenneth and sisters; Barbara and Patricia and brother-in-law, Steve Savage.
Services and a celebration of life will be at a later date.
