William R Rascoe

William R. Rascoe, 73, of Beekmantown, passed away at home on Saturday, December 3, 2022. He was born on June 3, 1949 in Plattsburgh to Oscar and Marie (LeClair) Rascoe. He graduated from Lyon Mountain High School in 1968. Decorated Vietnam Veteran in the US Army from 1968 to 1970.

He retired from state of New York and was a maintenance supervisor for Erickson Construction until he retired in 2007.
He married Mary Jane Mousseau on April 25, 1970. He is survived by his wife, son Jason (Vickie), daughter Wendy, daughter in-law Kelli, 6 Grandchildren Kody, Aleasha, Jarod, Robert Jr, Ashleigh and Isabella, Great granddaughter Jordyn, Brother David (Tina), Sisters Gloria (Carl), Carol (Peter) and Joanne (Anna), and numerous beloved nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by his parents Oscar and Marie, mother and farther in law Marion and James Mousseau, son Robert, brother Roger.

Celebration of life will be held at 259 Point AuRoche Rd Plattsburgh NY 12901 Saturday, December 10th 11:00am-5:00pm.
