Mooers Forks Judith A. Breyette, 69 of Davison Road, Mooers Forks, NY, passed away in her sleep on November 20, 2009 at her home. She was born in Utica, NY on November 8, 1940, the daughter of Frances (Mitchell) and Stewart Hess. Judith grew up as a child in Utica, NY and moved to Rouses Point, NY where she made her home and raised her family. She was an employee of Delegars Inc. for over 30 years, from which she retired. She enjoyed collecting anything from knickknacks to antiques. Judy had a love for animals and cherished her pets. She was predeceased by her parents, her daughter Tammy Roberts Gilbert; and two brothers Jerry Hess and Alan Hess. Judith is survived three sons; Daniel S. Roberts of Mooers Forks, Mark Roberts and his wife Rebecca of Dannemora, Scott Roberts Sr. and his fiancé Lisa Stephens of Mooers Forks; one sister and a brother in law, Robin and Rick Seegert of Whiteboro, NY; four grandchildren Shane Rodwell, and her husband Ronald Troy, NY , Scott Roberts, Jr., of Hudson Falls, NY, Adam Roberts of Hudson Falls, NY, Nicole Roberts of Dannemora, NY; and three great grandchildren; Desiree Rodwell and Shawn Crump of Troy, NY, and Payton LaCross of Hudson Falls, several cousin, nieces and nephews al so survive her. At Judith's request their will be no public calling hours. Donations in Judith's memory may be made to the Elmore SPCA, C/O of Brown Funeral Home.
